When you fill in the contact form on this website, we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, company name, mobile phone number, the product category you are interested in, and the stage you are at with your project. All fields marked as required must be completed to submit the form.
We do not automatically collect cookies, analytics data, or tracking information from this site beyond what the underlying hosting infrastructure records in standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit). We do not place advertising or tracking cookies.
The information you submit through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry about Openridge Partners' go-to-market and outbound sales services. We do not use it for any other purpose without your separate consent.
We will respond to your enquiry by email and, where you have provided a phone number, by phone call. We will send you text messages (SMS) only if you have separately checked the SMS opt-in box on the contact form. We use FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to process contact form submissions and deliver them to our inbox. FormSubmit receives the data you enter in the form in order to forward it to us. We do not use any other third-party data processors for this site at this time.
We retain your contact information for as long as we have an active business relationship with you or a reasonable prospect of one, and for as long as required by applicable law. If we determine that no relationship will arise, we delete contact details within a reasonable period.
You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Send your request by email to sales@openridgepartners.com with the subject line "Data deletion request." We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.
You may also request a copy of the personal information we hold about you by emailing the same address.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you submit. Contact form data is transmitted over HTTPS and delivered to a private inbox accessible only to Openridge Partners staff.
